Just want to say that our Maintenance Man at the Canopy on Sundance is very responsive and does maintenance on our units as soon as the problem is reported. Terry is very easy to work with and is an asset to the company. I also want to give a big shout out to the front office staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. Living at Canopy has been a very positive experience. I love the individual unit concept. The grounds are well kept and the different functions that Mikayla and Garrett put on are a great way to meet our neighbors and to make new friends. Keep up the good work!

Jazmine and Delilah are amazing! They both were extremely friendly, professional, and displayed outstanding customer service. The environment and energy when you walk into the office is very welcoming and brightens your day. The community is very new, and it is extremely clean and beautiful. I recently moved in,and my application process was the best experience I've ever had moving in to a new community. I'm happy to call this place home!
